Personality:
Oneeda is a saiyan tyrant, who ignores all rules, and does what he wants. He tries not to be bad, but the saiyan blood in him causes him to create havoc. He is a very serious guy, and doesn't take trash talk from anyone. Taking someone's life without even second thinking about it, although it wouldn't be his first. Oneeda has several siblings, some Evil that causes destruction all around the universe, and some good hearted, helping others. Oneeda is right in the middle, he see's no reason to help, or to hurt anyone. A lone wolf, who taunts his enemies before devouring them.....

History:
A saiyan out-law who was sent to Earth as a baby, as they knew he was a large threat. As a baby he had a power level of 500, and King Vegeta knew it would continue to increase. Sent to Earth to create havoc, but as Oneeda grew up he refused to do what his parents wanted him to do. Doing whatever he pleased, but he would never kill a human without reasoning. Teaching himself how to fight, and watching over himself at cold, lonely, scary nights. The only thing that kept him going was a picture of his mom and dad, which was placed in his saiyan space pod as a baby.

Name: Fire Wraith
Description: A ki blast that surrounds Oneeda's body, but doesnt touch him. He then charges after his opponent, releasing a large explosion of fiery Ki upon them.

Description: A simple ki blast that is lightning in the form of the ball, which is energy that he gathers from the sky. Releasing a static, lightning energy blast after his opponents.

Actuall the time-line of this place is WAAAAYYYY before the the year where Freiza finishes the Saiyan race. It also needs an expansion
